I love blogs mainly because I can type whatever I want and no one reads it anyway. I can say things like Jeff Goldblum sucks and that I own a massive collection of Pepsi bottle caps and no one will ever know that I said it. So in random blog fashion, here are ten things on my mind that no one will ever know about.
1. I'm really excited about the new Indiana Jones movie. I've watched the other three twice in preparation for this weekend. I don't think that it will disappoint...even if there are alien puppy dogs in it.
2. Bryan really sent me a shitty batch of CD's to review. Did he listen to these first and thought to himself, "these are total crap, someone else can review them."? I think he did, that bastard.
3. The Groovie Ghoulies rock. Yep, you know it and I know it. In fact, I've known it for a real long time. So why do I have so few of their albums? (Other than the fact that they have about 187 albums)
4. Orange juice and pizza go great together.
5. I'm going south to see the Bosstones play with the Dropkick Murphys this summer. I might go east as well to see Less Than Jake and Goldfinger play with those same Murphys since all bands seem to hate playing shows in Pittsburgh for some reason.
6. Why do bands hate playing Pittsburgh? If they can play Kalamazoo, some barn in Montana and Philadelphia (yuck), why does the Steel City get overlooked ALL OF THE TIME?! NOFX hasn't played there for like 80 years (even though they finally are this fall), the Mad Caddies must not know that it's on the map (if must be a Fat thing) and the Dropkick Murphys hate it so much that they even wrote some childish lyrics about it in one of their songs. Please people, there hasn't been smog in the city since the the last time the Pirates had a winning season.
7. I need more CD's so I can illegally download and burn music to. I mean...I buy blank CD's in order to back up all of my files. Yeah, that's it. That's exactly what blank CD's and DVD's are for. Riiiiiiiight...
8. People love lists. This blog takes the list format in hopes that people will like me.
9. The over/under for gas prices by the end of the year is $6.00. Any takers?
10. Where does the Incredible Hulk get purple pants? I don't think that I've ever seen an actual pair of purple pants in my life. |
