Ahh...another visit to the lovely Middletown Psych Center. Once again we had EMF reader and cameras with us; but this time, we also brought a voice recorder and microphone.
Now, the night before we had went to the Psych Center briefly, and while walking around with the EMF reader, I had felt a warm "pressure" pushing down on my neck, and my friends EMF reader was bugging out when he stepped back from me a few feet. That was enough for me that night, and we had left.
The next night, we brought two more people with us. Same as last time, walked around some... |

| Wes Craven's "A Nightmare On Elm Street" series...one of the BEST horror movie franchises, EVER. Even the sequels are entertaining, and each movie featured some of Hollywood's biggest names of today (Johnny Depp making his debut, Patricia Arquette, Lawrence Fishbourne as well as many others). But, as I'm playing around on good ol Myspace today, and checking out some of the Horror Movie sites I have...I find out that Micheal Bay (Transformers, Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake) is remaking the one movie that should never be remade. To make things worse...Freddy Kreugar himself, actor Robert... |

Eastern State Penitentiary is FINALLY a place that is LEGAL to explore. So legal, that they even set up tour groups to go explore the haunted goodness of this once State prison. I haven't been there yet, so the purpose of this article is to inform all of you fabulous readers out there about this place, and hopefully set up a tour field trip with you guys to go check it out!
Opened in 1829, Eastern State is considered to be the worlds first penitentiary. Its revolutionary system of incarceration, dubbed the "Pennsylvania System" (or Separate System,) originated and encouraged... |

Another random night. Another random adventure...and where do my friends and I end up? Letchworth Village. What better way to cure boredom then bring two new people to this place.
We didn't get out of the car until we came across a building I had never seen before. So as we're running up to the place, a security guard comes pulling in. The three of us walk up to him to see what was up.
"You girls shouldn't be here" he said.
"Sorry officer" we replied. "We'll get going now". But he looked lonely, and somehow...random chit chat had started.

Ah, friends..,
A group of people that you supposedly can trust with your life...well, even if not your life, then at LEAST with some things...
You'd expect them not to take sides in a battle with you and a mutual friend. You'd expect them not to show everyone or tell everyone about something that you had written about your personal life (sometimes it's blocked from most people for a REASON).
You'd even expect them to support you during a difficult time in your life. Be there for you when you're sad...not change the subject in the middle of your... |

Dear Britney,
I've been a fan for a long time. Sure, I'm a punk rock/metal chic, but your music is one of my biggest guilty pleasures and some of my all time favorite karaoke song choices.
When "Gimme More" came out, I was impressed. After all the drama you put yourself thru, your first new single was pretty catchy. Pretty good. I enjoy randomly singing it out load at inappropriate times.
Tho, the video is almost as bad as your performance... |

I remember when I was younger hearing about the murderer Nathaniel White. How could I not? It was all over the local newscasts and newspapers. Nathaniel had murdered women, both young and old, in his Goshen farmhouse and buried them up in the hills behind his home. Those hills were home to the popular restaurant Hillcrest Manor, which burned down years prior to this man’s gruesome murders.
As I got older, and got into ghost hunting, this place was a magnificent find. Knowing the history, I was sure to find SOMETHING paranormal. Be careful what you wish for sometimes, because... |

I’m starting to believe that I attract the paranormal. The following are some short ghost encounters that I’ve had in places that I have lived.
Sugar Loaf: I basically grew up in Sugar Loaf. Living there from 5yrs old until I was 12. I have two memorable stories from living here. - We had our house built on farmland in 1986. So it was brand new, and you would think a brand new house wouldn’t be haunted right? Wrong. We had a guest room upstairs, which my mom always kept locked until we had company. She would go in there every so often to vacuum or do random cleaning, and... |

Out of all of the places I’ve had a chance to explore, the Middletown Psych Center is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to ghost hunt. With 3 large buildings-including a hospital, this place is a ghost hunters dream come true.
I’m still doing some research on the history of these buildings, but from the incidents that I’ve had, I can already tell the history is NOT a good one.
The first few times I had gone with a large group of friends. Not much happened, just some bad vibes in what I figured was the hospital building. Last week, a friend of mine and... |
