Ah, friends..,
A group of people that you supposedly can trust with your life...well, even if not your life, then at LEAST with some things...
You'd expect them not to take sides in a battle with you and a mutual friend. You'd expect them not to show everyone or tell everyone about something that you had written about your personal life (sometimes it's blocked from most people for a REASON).
You'd even expect them to support you during a difficult time in your life. Be there for you when you're sad...not change the subject in the middle of your conversation, just to start talking about themselves.
And knowing your history of let downs and upsets in relationships? Well, you'd think they'd be even happier seeing that you've finally found someone who makes you the happiest you've ever been....but instead...they start drama and disappear from your life,
I'm writing this because I'm pissed off. Pissed off at the pathetic chain of events that have been going on in my life lately. People being pissed off at me for absolutely NO reason, people being hypocrites, and people just being plain assholes.
If you're truly a friend, you'd respect and be there for someone...
I've come to realize...
There aren't many honest people in this world anymore...
and that's just plain sad...
