It’s that time of the year when The Saw Doctors come to the United States and rock out! They stopped at their usual spot at Irving Plaza and the show was sold out! That’s not surprising since they sell out that place in August when they play. But since it’s St Patrick’s Day weekend, everybody was out having a great time, watching the band from Tuam.

I’m glad I did because it was a classic punk show with short songs, drinks flying all over the place, and stage diving. I was just glad to be sitting away from all that.

I’ll be back…on Blu-Ray again. The classic James Cameron movie, The Terminator, gets the remastered treatment on Blu-Ray! While I don’t like The Terminator as much as Terminator 2, this is still worth owning if you don’t own this on Blu-Ray already.

The movie everyone thought was about “Scientology” is out on Blu-Ray and DVD and I really don’t know what I just watched. The acting, the direction and the music are really good but where I’m a bit lost is with the story and editing.

Garden State is to The Shins as Silver Linings Playbook is to the Lumineers. Funny thing is, the band is nowhere to be seen on this soundtrack. The movie has been overplaying The Lumineers’ “Ho Hey” song to death, yet they don’t even have it on the soundtrack. I really don’t get the album selections of these soundtracks sometimes. Not like it really matters to me to be honest, I’m already sick of hearing it.
