46 Short are one of those punk bands that play punk songs that sound pretty much the same and you never can quite catch what they are saying at any given point. Maybe about five years ago I would have enjoyed a twenty-minute jaunt into the punk world but since then I've heard too many bands that sound like 46 Short and there was really nothing that stuck in my mind. There are some very brief moments where it seems like the song is going to change up but then the song is over and the next song has started and then ended. That was pretty much the overall feeling I had about "Truth Denied". Sometimes I didn't even know that one song had ended and another had begun. The CD was awfully short, but in this case I really didn't mind.

If there was a good thing about this album, it's that at least they play fast punk rock. I don't think that I could have listened to another Saves The Day rehash for twenty minutes. Other than that, there wasn't much to write home here.
RATING & SUMMARY:
Notable Tracks: They all sounded pretty much the same but if I had to pick, it would be Damned Nation and the hidden track #46.
Overall Rating:
