The “Before” refers to this great collection of demos, rarities, unreleased tracks, and earlier versions of Ratt tunes. (And this IS a great collection, I admit it!!)
The “Laughter” probably refers to the cover of the CD, which shows a younger Stephen Pearcy in pursed lipsticked lips, headbanded, and eye-shadowed glory, flaunting what looks like a sports bra and a clip-on earring. |
