This Holiday Life "The Beginning of the End of the World"

Record Label: 7 Spin Music
Genre: Indie
I guess you should never judge a book by its cover. Well in this case, never judge a band based on their CD cover. The art is a collage of the members and it looks a bit silly; actually it looks like something that I would have made. But I thought the band would have been some type of screamo band; but in fact, they are a Indie pop band.

The first song is “A Yes, Not a No” and I was surprised how much I liked that song. Well I guess I was caught off guard because I was thinking it was something else. This Holiday Life is a band I could see myself listening to, whether or not I follow through is another thing. This album contains 10 tracks in total and came out back in October of 2007. Notice a pattern with my reviewing, a bunch of old CDs that I'm sick of looking at. Anyway, this was an all right CD with a few notable songs on it.
RATING & SUMMARY:
Bottom Line: Decent indie pop album that came out last year.
Notable Tracks: A Yes, Not a No; Mission Control to my Heart, Friendly Fire
