Vic Rice, who seems to be involved with every ska album I like, finally releases his own worthy album of top-notch ska-reggae and dub. Vic Rice, the master ska producer and bassist, along with many veterans in the Stubborn camp, have single-handedly jump-started the pulse of dub with this collection of amazing, spaced-out, and hypnotic tunes like "Agenda," "FCC," Blue Dub," "Gravity," and my favorite, the super-cute "Lefty." Supposedly, this album took up to a year to record, mix, remix, remix again, and master. At least, it sounds like much time and loving care went into it. Released during a stagnant period for ska, this album is pure brilliance. Highly recommended.
