Angel: Season 2

Starring: David Boreanaz, Charisma Carpenter and other people
A centuries-old vampire cursed with a conscience, Angel (David Boreanaz) has left the small California town of Sunnydale and the only woman he ever loved to take up residence in the City of Angels. Between the pervasive evil and countless temptations lurking beneath the city's glittering façade, Los Angeles proves to be the ideal address for a fallen vampire looking to save a few lost souls and, in turn, perhaps redeem his own by restoring hope to those locked in a losing battle with their own demons.

If you want fun and action all in one TV show, this is the perfect one for you. Being a spin off on the highly successful "", "Angel" is in my opinion, a lot more fun and a lot more original. Bringing in a fellow Buffy character Cordelia (Charisma Carpenter) to basically help Angel (David Boreanez) when things go wrong.

Season 2 is just as good as season one. This DVD collection features all 22 episodes from the second season and is available as a six disc DVD set. With the same weird monsters, witty humor and all around vampire goodness. The features are interesting, and like I always say, I love getting more info about how they make a movie or show. There is a Featurette on how the makeup is done with all the vampires and monsters on the show. There's a couple of other featurettes for the show that I'm sure fans will enjoy. This is a must-have for fans of the show, or even fans of Buffy. I strongly recommend, at least renting this, for those of you who are into vampires. If you read any books by Laurell K. Hamilton or Anne Rice, you'll absolutely love this series. I know I do.
