Jonti Picking, the creator of Weebl and Bob, has announced that Sony Pictures has picked up the rights to the Internet sensation flash cartoon "Badger Badger Badger!" The cartoon was created in 2003 and features a bunch of badgers doing calisthenics, a toadstool in front of a tree, and a snake in the desert.
Morgan Freeman has been tapped to narrate the movie. No word yet on who will be voicing the Badger but rumors are pointing to Jack Black. When Picking was asked about the deal, he said "I'm not sure why people want to see an entire movie of Badgers doing calisthenics but whatever, I'm getting paid!"
