BURBANK, CA (January 11, 2006) – Cluck Cluck! Robot Chicken, the frenetic and original cartoon series from the creative minds of Seth Green and Matt Senreich, takes inventive stop-motion animation and parodies at the most sacred of pop icons - like Michael Jackson and The Hulk! The 2-disc set will be available on March 28, 2006 and contains all 20 season one episodes, plus never-before-seen special features including deleted scenes, alternate audio takes and more. Robot Chicken: Season 1 DVD is priced at $29.98 SRP and has an order due date of February 21, 2005.
Old-school stop-motion animation and fast-paced satire are the hallmarks of this eclectic show that debuted last winter on Cartoon Network. Action figures find new life as players in feverish sketch-comedy vignettes that skewer TV, movies, music and celebrity. Celebrity guest voices on this first season DVD include: Sarah Michelle Gellar, Macaulay Culkin, Rachel Leigh Cook and Scarlett Johanson amongst many others!
