LA PUNK ROCKERS BAD RELIGION TO PERFORM ON LATE NIGHT WITH CONAN O'BRIEN; MONDAY, SEPT. 10TH
In support of their critically acclaimed record New Maps of Hell, veterans of punk rock Bad Religion will perform live on Late Night With Conan O'Brien on Monday, Sept. 10 (12:37 PM EDT/11:37 PM CDT) where they will unveil their newest single for the first time on television. In addition to Bad Religion, Monday night's guests will include actors Paul Giamatti and Alyson Hannigan.
On the group's fourteenth album, New Maps of Hell, the purveyors of punk rock deliver one of their most heartfelt journeys in years complete with "furious rhythms, a direct recording approach, socially scathing melodies and themes, and undeniable gristly energy" (Dallas Morning News). After twenty-seven years as a band, "Bad Religion has already proved their skill, releasing solid albums every few years for a while now, and New Maps of Hell is no different. It finds that the guys don't just still have it, but they sound goddamn rejuvenated, bristling with electric energy and undeniable fervor" (Allmusic.com).
Fresh off an intense run as headliners of this summer's Van's Warped Tour, Bad Religion recently announced their fall tour with labelmates Gallows and punk band The Briggs beginning at KEDJ's Edgefest in Phoenix, Ariz. on Sept. 29th and culminating at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ on Oct. 20th.
