The Celtic Roots Festival has been canceled according to their website. The Festival was supposed to happened September 14th at Catton Hall, South Derbyshire. Here's what the site said:
Due to the continuous bad weather conditions and the prospect of further heavy rain in the run up to the event, Celtic Roots 2008 has regrettably had to be cancelled.
We hope to try and reschedule the event for April or May in 2009
