Los Angeles, CA, May 9, 2008 - Los Angeles-based pop rock band, Everybody Else have released a new acoustic version of their self-tilted album on April 1, digitally through the Militia Group.

With a recent performance at Major League Soccer team the Los Angeles Galaxy's home opener, a performance on the Tonight Show as Ben Lee's backing band and an upcoming national tour, the band is proving their name might be a tad misleading. Since their return from Japan in support of their debut album, their career is continuing to march to new heights, proving they are not just like everybody else.

Everybody Else, a trio named for a Kinks B-side, owes much to the harmonies and economical songwriting of the sixties, while continuing to draw on contemporary influences. Featuring vocalist and guitarist Carrick Moore Gerety, drummer, back up vocalist and keyboardist Mikey McCormack and bassist and back up vocalist, Austin James Williams, Everybody Else is bringing back intelligent pop rock with their infectious harmonies and unforgettable melodies.

The band has also recently partnered with the nationwide retail chain, WET SEAL. They will be performing at the grand opening of the chain's new flagship store at the Irvine, CA SPECTRUM as well as be featured in the WET SEAL newsletter to over 700,000 subscribers.

The band will be heading out on a nationwide tour with label mates, We Shot The Moon, beginning in Provo, UT on May 12. Don't miss out on the opportunity to see Everybody Else live, as Mean Street noted in a recent show review, "we found ourselves... singing Everybody Else songs for weeks after the show." If you are one of the initiated, you know exactly what they are talking about. If you are not, you are missing one of most unique musical experiences of our time.
