Fifteen front man Jeff Ott recently spoke before the Lake County Board of Supervisors to support the issue of legalizing syringe exchange. The vote on the issue was 4 to 0 in favor of legalization. Ott has been a long time supporter of Any Positive Change and their mission.

"I am so moved by everybody who supported this and came together to change this "good old boy county". History was made in Lake" -- Annunziata van Voorene MSW
Any Positive Change

Fifteen's Extra Medium Sized Kickball Star benefits Any Positive Change and their efforts. As with all Sub City releases, the artist and the label donate 5% of the retail price of each album sold to a charity selected by the artist. To date Hopeless/Sub City Records has donated over $1.5 million to various charitable organizations.

Any Positive Change is a nonprofit organization based in Lake County, CA. Currently their work includes: lobbying local elected officials regarding legalized syringe exchange, educating the public about syringe exchange and various activities to prevent HIV & Hepatitis C transmission, fatal overdose, the spread of STDs and other drug related harm.
