Co-owner Frank Pallett said The Loft has also been put up for sale separately and that he and his partners would entertain offers for the different clubs.

Club Crannell is undergoing renovations and will reopen, possibly in April, as an Irish bar called The Nutty Irishman. Pallett declined to name the asking price for The Loft.
