Los Angeles, CA - March 28, 2008 - The Gaslight Anthem are currently in the studio with producer Ted Hutt (Flogging Molly, Bouncing Souls, Street Dogs) crafting their first full length album, The '59 Sound, which is set for release on August 19, on SideOneDummy Records. The band was recently featured in Alternative Press magazine's "100 Bands To Watch" issue and performed at SXSW in Austin, TX.
The Gaslight Anthem's current release, the 4-song SENOR AND THE QUEEN EP (Sabot Productions), has received a hugely positive response from fans and critics alike as well, and this summer promises to be a busy one as they head out for headline tours in Europe & Australia, plus a handful of shows around the US, including a string of dates on the Vans Warped Tour.
This summer will be a busy one for the band as they take their first trips to Europe & Australia and also play their first ever shows on the Vans Warped Tour! Here are some upcoming shows.
