New to FAT, this Philadelphia three piece came together when members from The Curse, Kid Dynamite, and Trial By Fire decided to pool their talents. Late in 2003 things clicked, and THE LOVED ONES were formed. Keep Your Heart, the follow up to their 2005 self-titled EP on Jade Tree, finds the band in full stride and firmly planted in musical greatness.
Probably best described as punk rock‘n roll, THE LOVED ONES guitar driven sound provides the perfect backdrop for front man David Hause's melodically gruff vocals. Don't let the hooks fool you, the lyrical content is dark and emotional. The goods are delivered in their purest form due to the fact that Brian McTernan (Thrice, Strike Anywhere, Hot Water Music) recorded and produced the album. THE LOVED ONES are loved by their comrades in the punk rock community, and come the release of Keep Your Heart, the band will embark on a string of high profile US and European tours!
