Widespread Panic announce fall dates

Still invigorated from a sterling run of Summer tour triumphs which included the Rothbury Music Festival, All Good Music Festival, a closing headline spot at Bonnaroo and even some Canadian dates that saw the band venture up to the Great White North for the first time in over a decade, Widespread Panic also found time to brake the record for the number of sold out performances at Red Rocks Amphitheater, AZ.

On September 20th Widespread Panic will also be inducted into the Georgia Music Hall o
f Fame.

With their sights set on the Mid-West and South-East regions of the country, Widespread Panic have announced an exciting run of Fall dates which include their first Halloween shows in New Orleans for 6 years!

With a solidly booked tour calendar in 2008, Widespread Panic will be taking their foot off the accelerator in 2009 so catch them at these shows to avoid disappointment.

Tour dates as follows:

10/10-11 – The Backyard, Austin, TX

10/12 – Brady Theater, Tulsa, OK

10/15 - Mud Island Amphitheatre, Memphis, TN

10/17-18 – Lakewood Amphitheatre, Atlanta, GA

10/22 – Leon County Civic Center, Tallahassee, FL

10/24-25 – North Charleston Coliseum, Charleston, SC

10/26 – Saint Augustine Amphitheatre, St. Augustine, FL

10/28-29 – The Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theatre, Miami, FL

10/31-11/1 – UNO Lakefront Arena, New Orleans, LA

11/5 – The Murat Centre, Indianapolis, IN

11/7-9 – Riverside Theater, Milwaukee, WI
