Louisville’s post-punk band Xerxes has announced select tour dates in the U.S, which kick off in Huntington, WV on April 12th and wrap up at Bled Fest in Howell, MI on May 25th. They will be playing Pittsburgh, PA at the Altar (Half House) on April 15th.

Xerxes continue to pound the pavement in support of their fan coveted and critically heralded 2012 album Our Home Is a Deathbed, which is available via No Sleep Records.

Fusing elements of atmospheric post-rock/punk and melodic hardcore, Xerxes have spent the last four years of their existence carving their own path with a true DIY work ethic fueled by ever evolving creativity which has resulted in establishing the band as one of underground rock’s most promising up-and-comers.

Xerxes will continue to blaze the trails of evolution with new releases in the works and more touring planned. Follow the band at www.facebook.com/xerxesband for the latest news and updates.
