DVD/Blu-Ray Tuesday Roundup (January 26th 2010)
It’s time for DVD/Blu-Ray Tuesday Roundup! Some of the releases coming out today include: Michael Jackson: This Is It, Surrogates, WWII in HD, Bright Star, Whip It, and Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches. Each week I’ll list the latest DVD/Blu-Ray releases and point out the ones worth buying. I can’t review everything I get so this serves as a nice guide for what’s coming out each week. Plus, it’s just fun making fun of movies and TV shows!

Probably if Michael didn’t die, we wouldn’t even be talking about this DVD release.
Movie about John Keats. The soundtrack would have been great if there wasn’t stupid poetry and talking over the top of it. I have no idea if this movie is any good or not.
Don’t know much about Surrogates but going to watch it this week. I usually like Bruce Willis movies.
I saw the commercials for this but totally forgot it was on TV. Now it’s available on Blu-Ray and DVD. Even though DVD isn’t in HD though, that’s the one I’ll probably watch since I don’t have Blu-Ray. I’m just fascinated with WWII stuff and love watching the stories behind it all.
Seeing roller derby girls seems fun to watch, but I don’t think this got very good reviews. Might be worth renting though?

This comedy looked stupid.
I’ll see anything that Clive Owen is in so I’ll more than likely see this.

Southland: The Complete First Season (Uncensored)
The canceled/uncanceled cop drama’s first season is out on DVD! I don’t usually watch cop shows besides The Shield. This one looks okay.
Pawn Stars: The Complete Season 1
Are they running out of ideas for reality shows? Pawn Shops!? Gimme a fucking break.
I’d watch this show but the jobs on here are just too damn…dirty.
Rifftrax: Shorts-tacular Shorts-stravaganza – from the stars of Mystery Science Theater 3000!
From the 2nd generation cast of MST3K! I’m sure this is funny and all the other Riff Trax DVDs that came out today.

Bridgets Sexiest Beaches: Season One
I’ve seen every episode of Bridgets Sexiest Beaches. She’s lovely to look at but she isn’t really willing to try any new foods or do anything really. The friends she brings on are usually annoying too, but again…nice to look at.
