It’s time for the DVD/Blu-Ray Tuesday Roundup of August 21st 2012! Some of titles coming out today include: The Dictactor, The Rescuers / The Rescuers Down Under, Pocahontas, The Aristocats, Disneynature: Chimpanzee and more. Each week I’ll list the latest DVD/Blu-Ray releases and point out the ones worth buying. I can’t review everything I get so this serves as a nice guide for what’s coming out each week. Plus, it’s just fun making fun of movies and TV shows!

The Dictator – BANNED & UNRATED Version (Two-disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo + Digital Copy)

Not sure this will be as funny as his other material that isn’t totally scripted but I’ll give it a shot. It looked funny based on the trailers but those can be deceiving.

The Rescuers: 35th Anniversary Edition (The Rescuers / The Rescuers Down Under) (Three-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo in Blu-ray Packaging)

I remember liking the The Rescuers when I was a kid and I vaguely remember seeing The Rescuers Down Under in theaters but I don’t really remember too much from either.

Pocahontas Two-Movie Special Edition (Pocahontas / Pocahontas II: Journey To A New World) (Three-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo in Blu-ray Packaging)

I’ve only seen parts of Pocahontas but not sure I’d like it though.

The Aristocats (Two-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Special Edition in Blu-ray Packaging)

Another Disney film I didn’t see.

House, M.D.: Season Eight

House’s last season wasn’t the same as other seasons in that Cuddy wasn’t there anymore. But I liked the way the show went out. But I can’t get over that each episode is basically the same.
