DVD/Blu-Ray Tuesday Roundup (October 9th 2012)

It’s time for the DVD/Blu-Ray Tuesday Roundup of October 9th 2012! Some of titles coming out today include: Prometheus, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial Anniversary Edition, Rock of Ages, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia: Season 7, Red Dawn, The Raven and more. Each week I’ll list the latest DVD/Blu-Ray releases and point out the ones worth buying. I can’t review everything I get so this serves as a nice guide for what’s coming out each week. Plus, it’s just fun making fun of movies and TV shows!

Prometheus (Blu-ray/ DVD + Digital Copy)

Heard lots of MIXED things about this movie. It looked like a cool movie seemed like it was confusing and sucky. Screen Junkies’ Honest Trailers for it doesn’t make me want to run out and see it either.

E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial Anniversary Edition (Combo Pack: Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy + UltraViolet)

Now I can cry by watching a high-definition version of the movie. Now this doesn’t have walkie talkies in it too!

Rock of Ages (Blu-ray/DVD Combo+UltraViolet Digital Copy)

I’d rather have my balls chopped up with scissors than see this piece of crap.

Little Shop of Horrors: Director’s Cut [Blu-ray]

I’m sure I’ll still like this movie over the remake that’s coming out soon. WOLVERINES!

The Raven [Blu-ray]

Well, this has John Cusack in it so it’s got that going for it.

Whitney: Season One

Funny stand-up comedian; don’t know how this comedy is but I’m sure it has a few funny moments.

Holliston: The Complete First Season

Ok, I have no idea what this is but it has Dee Snider and freakin’ Oderus from Gwar in it!
