The video is for “Must Be Santa,” which sounds like a straight up Pogues song! Bob Dylan and the Pogues, now that would be an excellent concert to see!

Bob Dylan’s “Christmas In The Heart” to be released October 13
Bob Dylan will release a brand new album of holiday songs, Christmas In The Heart, on Tuesday, October 13, it was announced today by Columbia Records. All of the artist’s U.S. royalties from sales of these recordings will be donated to Feeding America (http://feedingamerica.org), guaranteeing that more than four million meals will be provided to more than 1.4 million people in need in this country during this year’s holiday season. Bob Dylan is also donating all of his future U.S. royalties from this album to Feeding America in perpetuity.

“Watchmen” is the latest comic book movie, and one I was sick of hearing about. I was sick of hearing about all the studio drama, and sick of seeing the commercials for it. It’s finally over with it and doesn’t seem like the movie lived up to the hype. I guess I’ll find out when the movie comes out on DVD. I’m sure it’s just a 3 hour movie with slow-motion shots.

All the Seth Macfarlane’s Cavalcade Of Cartoon Comedy shorts were hilarious but they were way too short. Now all the animated shorts plus lots of never before seen episodes will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray May 12th from 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. I’m really happy to see this get released on DVD & Blu-Ray, especially when it will be uncensored!

Bob Dylan’s “Beyond Here Lies Nothin” available for free download
The first track from Bob Dylan’s forthcoming release, Together Through Life, has been posted as a free download on BobDylan.com. Titled “Beyond Here Lies Nothin’”, the song will be available for free from midnight, March 30th through midnight, March 31st. Together Through Life will be released on Columbia Records on April 28th.

Columbia Records announced yesterday that Bob Dylan’s new studio album will be released on April 28. Together Though Life, produced by Jack Frost, was recorded late last year, prompted by the composition of a new song, “Life Is Hard,” which was written for a forthcoming film by French director Oliver Dahan (La Vie En Rose)
