One of the most popular movies will be getting a nice upgrade to Blu-Ray on November 17th. While everyone loves Fight Club, I don’t really like it. I still think the ending and the whole twist was really stupid and a cop-out. He’s fighting himself in the parking lot huh? Gimme a break, how freakin dumb! But whatever, people like this movie so this is why I’m posting the news about Fight Club. Read on for the press release:

I’m a little late in seeing Quentin Tarantino’s latest film trailer for Inglorious Basterds. It looks like it’s gonna be a fun flick with lots of Nazi killings! Thankfully, this looks like a different QT film. Inglorious Basterds stars Brad Pitt, Eli Roth, Diane Kruger, B.J. Novak and Mike Myers (yes that Mike Myers). Film opens wide August, 21st and you can watch the trailer below (as well as see the new poster featuring Brad Pitt!).

The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button was one of the films that got nominated for just about every Award this Winter. I think people are amazed by the fact that Brad Pitt looks like a little old man than actually liking the movie. Maybe I just wasn’t in the right frame of mind when watching this, but I thought this film could have been a lot better, less-sappy…and a lot shorter!

One of the year’s most critically-acclaimed films arrives may 5, 2009 on two-disc special edition DVD and two-disc Blu-Ray brimming with over three hours of fascinating special features! I don’t know too much about the movie itself but I heard good things about it. I’ll be sure to review this for the site and let you know how I felt about the film.
