The Unit was an excellent underrated TV series that got better as the seasons went along. The characters were likable, badass, and each episode felt like its own military movie. If you haven’t seen an episode of the Unit yet, it’s a no-brainer to get the complete series gift set!

Nicole Steinwedell (The Unit)
Actress Nicole Steinwedell starred in the 4th and final season of the excellent TV Series The Unit, which aired on CBS. She played an interesting character called Bridget Sullivan (“Red Cap”), that brought new elements to the show that we didn’t see before. With the final season of the Unit being released on DVD/Blu-Ray this week, along with the awesome Complete Series Gift Set, ReadJunk.com had a chance to send some questions to Nicole. The Unit Giftset DVD out September 29th
The Unit has been one of my favorite shows on TV the last 4 years. The latest season was one of the best seasons, and each episode offered up something different. It’s like watching a great military movie each week. Sadly, CBS canceled the show despite it’s steady ratings throughout the years. I think it’s a dumb move if you ask me. The final, and 4th season DVD & Blu-Ray has been announced for September 29th. Plus, if you’re a super fan like myself and enjoy each episode of the military show, you’ll want to get the Gift set DVD that’s coming out! 19 discs for the cheap price of 200 bucks. yikes! haha.

It’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed a television show involving a team of would be bad guys turned good. In fact, you’d probably have to go all the way back to the A-Team to find such a good mix of action, humor and trickery. But that is exactly what Leverage is, and it has quickly become one of my favorite shows to watch.

Wings: The Final Season

The final season of Wings is out on DVD and I’m all sad. I was sad when the show left the airways, and now I’m sad again it’s over with on DVD. Paramount pumped out the NBC TV series over the last few years and I always looked forward to the releases. I guess on the bright side, I can watch the series all the time now and not have to wait for the next season to come out.
