Torche announce US Tour with Coheed and Cambria
Kicking off this April and following their highly anticipated split release with Boris, Miami’s TORCHE have just announced a month-long US tour supporting Coheed and Cambria. The tour will span both coasts, travel throughout the Midwest, and also head to select cities in the Great White North.

Bonnaroo announces DVD Release of 2009 Festival
Superfly Presents and A.C. Entertainment are excited to announce the details for the Bonnaroo 2009 DVD. Entitled Live From Bonnaroo 2009, the DVD will be released on December 15, 2009. The cost for the DVD will be $16.95. DVDs were initially made available to ticket buyers for the price of $10 including shipping and handling. There will be a limited number available for pre-order through the Bonnaroo website for $15 plus shipping and handling.

lollapalooza 2009 Recap
I did not do much planning for Lolla this year. Having attended since it’s re-inception in 2005, I decided to just pick out a few key bands and go with the flow for the most part. I’m glad I did because this was truly one of the best fests, which is saying a lot. Every year, Lolla gets a little bigger and one truly gets bogged down by day two. Unfortunately, I’ve missed a few great performances in the past due to impromptu naps. And I usually end my days with, “I’m never coming back. This is my last year doing this.” And every year Perry Farrell and co. have a knack for luring me back with their artist line-up. This year my key choices were Lou Reed. One thing I’ve learned about Lolla is that nothing turns out as you plan.

Coheed and Cambria Join Heaven & Hell on the road
Coheed and Cambria, the progressive rock outfit who are recording their fifth album, are also spreading their wings by playing to new audiences in 2009. Creating more visibility in the metal world, as well as the jam and indie circles more than ever. Earlier this year, the band supported the heavy metal juggernaut, Slipknot, and now, mix that with varied festivals such as Mountain Jam, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limits. It’s hard to find a current band that can stretch those kind of boundaries.

Coheed and Cambria to release limited Neverender: Children of the Fence Edition
Neverender was the landmark event where for the first time ever, Coheed and Cambria performed all four of their concept albums in entirety over four nights. Now for the first time, on March 24th, you can re-witness this incredible journey through an amazing box set containing not only a DVD and audio CD of each night’s performance, but also a must-have photobook and documentary DVD that captures the journey leading to this spectacular event. In addition, the limited edition deluxe Neverender: Children Of The Fence Edition box set also contains a collectible dragonfly.
