Denis Leary has never won an Oscar, an Emmy, a Tony or an argument with his wife. So he is happy to announce the brand new song “Kiss My Ass,” which will hopefully add to his trophy-free cachet this year when he also fails to win a Grammy.

We’re in the middle of the holiday season and what better way to celebrate with an overload and abundance of Jingle Bells and Santa songs! Yippee! Most of these tracks are ones I like, some aren’t but felt the need to list them anyway. I tried to find some Hanukkah songs but only managed to find a couple. I did brief blurbs for the first 30 tracks, then just listed the rest because what can you say about the same songs over and over again? If I missed a song, post it in the comments!

The Simpsons Season 20 DVD and Blu-Ray have been announced for released on January 12th, 2010. Question is, why jump all those other season to release this? I guess since it’s their 20th season, that people might want to see it. This also marks the first time the show is in Hi-Def so that might be the other reason. I just hope they continue their plan to release the other seasons…even though they aren’t as good as the older seasons.

Ken Ober, Game show host/comedian of MTV’s Remote Control has passed away at the age of 52. Remote Control is probably one of my favorite shows on MTV, ya know; back when the shitty network was music-oriented. The show featured Colin Quinn as the sidekick and announcer. Also featured on the show during skits was Adam Sandler, Denis Leary and resident Skin-a-max actress Kari Wührer. Ken Ober was also a producer for Colin Quinn’s Tough Crowd on Comedy Central earlier this decade and The New Adventures of Old Christine. You might also know Ken Ober from various Blues Travelers video, a cameo in National Lampoon’s Loaded Weapon 1, and a writer for Mind of Mencia. The guy hasn’t been in a whole lot but anyone from the 80s certainly knows him as the host of Remote Control. Let’s hope MTV runs a marathon as a tribute to Ken. But they are probably too busy showing Road Rules 69: Sluts vs. Trannys.

Rescue Me is set to close out it’s double season this Tuesday, September 1st on FX at 10pm. The network and the producers are looking to make Rescue Me go out in high fashion by stretching out 19 episodes for 2 years to culminate the final season with the 10th anniversary of 9/11. This season has been by far one of the best, creatively and from a comedy stand point, the series has delivered it’s best material to date. To find out what the producers and the network have in store for Rescue Me’s farewell, check out the story after the jump!

Pixar’s second feature film, and while it’s not as popular as Toy Story, it still is an excellent film done by an awesome Film Studio. Starring a huge cast that includes Kevin Spacey, Dave Foley, Denis Leary and Julia Louis-Dreyfus to name a few, the film really captures the essence of what life is like as a bug, or ant in most cases in the film. Directed by Andrew Stanton and John Lasseter, A Bug’s Life is a funny film that is also endearing and makes you feel bad about squashing and killing these little guys.
Denis Leary is back with a new comedy song! The song is called “At the Rehab,” making fun of celebrities checking into rehab, their sanctuary so to speak. The song was recorded live with his band The Enablers, Leary calls out by name pop culture icons and their rampant substance abuse to an up-tempo calypso beat. The single will be released on COMEDY CENTRAL Records digitally on March 24th. The single is digital-only and will be available exclusively through iTunes for the first two weeks.
