Rogue Wave have announced tour dates in support of their new album, Nightingale Floors, which will be out on June 4th on Vagrant Records. The band will be joined on some dates with Caveman, and others with Hey, Marseilles. They will play Music Hall of Williamsburg on June 21st and Bowery Ballroom on June 22nd.

Seeing DeVotchKa by themselves is a treat by itself, but when they are backed by a quartet or full orchestra, you know you’re going to hear something special. The live album was recorded at Boettcher Concert Hall (they played at Red Rocks Amphitheater too) and what you have here is a fantastic live album!

The Shins releasing a new 7″ for Black Friday Record Store Day
The Shins have confirmed the November 23 release of a limited edition 7-inch vinyl single, to be available exclusively at select retailers as part of this year’s Black Friday Record Store Day event. The single will feature the Swift Sessions versions of “No Way Down” and “Fall of 82,” alternate versions of the tracks from The Shins’ current album, Port of Morrow (Aural Apothecary/Columbia) produced by Shins keyboard player Richard Swift.

Band Of Horses add more North American dates
Band of Horses was already set to play the big Central Park concert tomorrow with Foo Fighters, Neil Young and others and now they have added more dates. I kind of wish they would play in NYC and a proper club & headlining, or one that isn’t some secret show in Brooklyn just for fans. Oh well, someday I’ll see them again. Band of Horses will also be playing the Railroad Revival tour with Willie Nelson, John C Reilly and Friends and others. Another tour I wish played the East Coast.
