Trailer: Prince of Persia: Sands of Time
Mike Newell’s Prince of Persia: Sand of Time starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Gemma Arterton, Alfred Molina, and Ben Kingsley comes out May 10th. The movie is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, so you know this is gonna be an entertaining flick. It may look a little bit silly, but who knows, Prince of Persia could be a fun film to see this summer. It reminds me of The Mummy movies mixed in Indiana Jones, Hidalgo, and yes..even Aladdin. Let’s hope Jake Gyllenhaal doesn’t break into song and sing “A Whole New World.”

Pirates of the Caribbean 4 Title Announced
Well, you saw this coming. Pirates of the Caribbean 4 was given a full title today at Disney’s D23 convention. The title of the film will be Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Captain Jack Sparrow introduced the title in full costume at the convention. I’m not sure how I feel about another film, and the same regard for the title of the film. Out of all the pirate themed titles out there, this is the best they could come up with? Check out the full story after the jump.
Rob Marshall may direct Pirates 4?
Rob Marshall, director of the Oscar winning film Chicago is in talks to direct the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean movie starring Johnny Depp. It hasn’t been confirmed yet but I welcome a new change to the franchise. I still loved the trilogy, but perhaps it’s time to offer something new and getting a new director might help things. Or maybe not, who knows? All I know is that this better not be a musical Pirates movie!
