The Specials performing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon April 13th
Billboard.com confirmed that The Specials will be performing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on April 13th. We already confirmed that the band will be playing Terminal 5 April 21st here but Billboard say that more dates for North America are still in the works… Sounds good to me! Be sure to get your tickets for the NYC this Friday at Ticket Bastard.

Video: Jimmy Fallon impersonates Neil Young singing “Fresh Prince” theme song
I don’t watch Jimmy Fallon usually, but this skit was pretty good. Jimmy dressed up like Neil Young and sang as him, singing the unlikely of songs..The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song. The impersonation is quite good, plus Jimmy playing the guitar is equally impressive. Watch the video below:

The Monty Python gang (minus Michael Palin and the dead Graham Chapman) were guests on the cluserfuck show known as Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Who knows why they decided to appear on his show, maybe having ties with Lorne Michaels and his show was in NYC? Jimmy Fallon really is an awful talk show host, but there were some nice moments in last night’s show. Eric Idle and the Roots performed “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life” from Monty Python’s Life of Brian. Check it out after the jump:

Jawbox to perform on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon December 8th
In support of the upcoming November 24th reissue of their consummate release For Your Own Special Sweetheart, seminal DC post-punk band JAWBOX will appear on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on December 8th. They will perform their single “Savory.” The performance will be the band’s first of any kind in 12 years.
