Bon Jovi adds 3rd show for “The Circle World Tour” at new Meadowlands on May 29th 2010
Bon Jovi announced another date for the Circle World Tour, playing the NEW Meadowlands at the end of May. The latest date is on May 29th now. Tickets for all three concerts go on sale Saturday, October 31st at 10am. I’m sure they will sell out in seconds since those NJ people love them some Jovi, so be sure to get up early to get the tickets!

Bruce Springsteen adds 2 more shows at Giants Stadium
In response to fans’ overwhelming demand, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band and The Meadowlands have announced fourth and fifth shows for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band at Giants Stadium. These shows will take place Thursday, October 8 and Friday, October 9. The latter date will be the final concert at Giants Stadium. The concerts on September 30, October 2, and October 3 sold out briskly.

Bruce Springsteen named final musical act to play Giants Stadium this Fall
Bruce Springsteen announced from the stage last night at his Izod Center concert in East Rutherford, NJ that he and the “legendary” E Street Band will return as the final major musical act to play Giants Stadium on September 30, October 2, and October 3. Tickets go on sale June 1 at 10am Eastern. Springsteen holds the record as the number one selling artist at the Meadowlands (which includes Giants Stadium) in New Jersey, having sold out 56 concerts to date with the E Street Band.

Video: Edna’s Goldfish @ Bamboozle 2009
I couldn’t be at Bamboozle this year, but one of my favorite ska bands reunited once again…and that band is Edna’s Goldfish from Long Island. I thought it was strange for them to play that big festival, but wished they played somewhere else in NYC as a headliner. Or better yet, why don’t they just come back to the band full time since you can tell the crowd still loves their music. From what I can tell from the videos, the guys in the band still got it. The band sounded very tight with only a few mess-ups here and there! While searching on YouTube, I found a few clips of the band’s performance. Check them out after the jump:
