I didn’t know Moneybrother came out with a new album! The new album is called ‘Real Control’ and one of the single’s is called “Born Under A Bad Sign.” I love Moneybrother’s videos because they are always well done, plus the songs he chooses to do videos for are super catchy. My favorite song of Moneybrother’s is still “They’re Building Walls Around Us.” I swear he sounds like Joe Strummer, but a Swedish version of Joe. I highly recommend you guys check this band out! Since bouncing to prominence seven years ago with the spirited, electro-tinged, indie-pop of their Mercury-nominated debut, Vehicles And Animals, Athlete have established themselves among the UK’s finest songsmiths. The southeast Londoners have sold more than a million copies of their three hit albums (the other two being 2005’s Tourist and 2007’s Beyond The Neighbourhood); packed out venues across the world; picked up an Ivor Novello award; and topped both the UK’s album and airplay charts.

Various reports are saying that Michael Jackson (The King of Pop, Captain EO) has died at the age of 50. He was rushed to the hospital from his home, and has believe to have suffer from a cardiac arrest. This is a sad day since Farrah and Michael have passed. He definitely had his very creepy moments but the guy sure knew how to entertain audiences. I grew up listening to his music when I was younger. I remember I used to break-dance to “Thriller” in Nursery School. I’m actually still scared of that music video! Shut up, it’s not funny! Despite his wacky and creepy lifestyle towards the end, he will be missed. I’ll try to attempt a moonwalk in his honor.

Female-fronted emo rock with toes in power pop and melodic indie. Like many similar bands, the music is very poppy without being too songfully catchy or memorable.

5-track debut EP. This is brightly poppy radio rock with creepily breathless, boyish vocals. They have the harmless, toothless sound of a Christian pop band, with a little early, pre-urban Justin Timberlake mixed in. I’m not sure who this would appeal to, but I feel bad for them.
