Band of Horses add more shows including SXSW
Band of Horses have announced a few more random tour dates. First they will play at South By Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas in March. Then they will be playing in Florida in Miami and Orlando in April. Wonder if they will stop by Disney World? How about another date in New York City? The details are below:

Band of Horses opening up for Widespread Panic in NC and AL
Band of Horses will support Widespread Panic for multiple night stands in Raleigh, NC and Orange Beach, AL this spring. Besides that, at some point this year I’d imagine the band will release their long awaited follow-up to Cease To Begin. I really hope it’s released this year! Here are the details for the shows:

Grand Archives announce fall tour dates
Sup Pop Records indie rock band Grand Archives have a new album coming out soon and have announced tour dates for the Fall. Their new album will be called “Keep In Mind Frankenstein” and comes out September 9th. The Most Serene Republic from Toronto will be supporting the band on the tour. It’s been over 2 years since I saw the Shins play Terminal 5, this time I wanted to check them out at the Wellmont Theater in Montclair, NJ. The Shins play tonight at Terminal 5 in NYC, and also play their again on Thursday. If you’re expecting an energetic set from the Shins, you’ll be disappointed.

Band of Horses announce additional tour dates
Band of Horses have announced additional US tour dates, including a late-August appearance at the Outside Lands Festival taking place at San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. The band will then make their way up the Pacific Northwest and return to Canada for a pair of shows in Victoria and Vancouver.

The crazy girl, Mel, from the HBO series opened up the concert, the actress/comedian Kristen Schaal. She has been featured on a number of shows, including The Daily Show and her own special for Comedy Central.

The Shins add another Terminal 5 show
The Shins recently announced tour dates for May and are set to play Terminal 5 in NY and Wellmont Theatre in Montclair, NJ. Bowery Presents, who are putting on the shows, announced that the band has added another date to Terminal 5.

The Shins announce May tour dates
The indie rock band The Shins have announced some tour dates for May. The band will play over on the West Coast as well as the East Coast. The Shins will be performing at Terminal 5 in NYC on May 18th. The night before, they will be in Montclair, NJ at the Wellmont Theater. Tickets go on sale Friday at TicketBastard (I believe?).
