Who doesn’t like laughing at a bunch of people in ugly Christmas sweaters? I even have an ugly sweaters contest at work now; that’s how serious the holiday sweaters business is these days. Rock Your Ugly Christmas Sweater is a book with 200 photos of people wearing ungodly ugly sweaters for Christmas and Hanukkah. Whatever holiday you celebrate, there’s an ugly sweater for everyone, even pets!

The Dropkick Murphys are getting into the Christmas spirit with the release of a brand new music video for the song “The Season’s Upon Us.” The video was #1 at MTV.com the other day, which raises questions, MTV is still around and they actually played music (even though it was on their website?). The video is really funny and seems like it was written by Denis Leary. The video is worth watching, especially if you like the band and want to get into the Xmas spirit.

Happy Holidays everyone! It’s that fun time of year again and I wanted to make some videos of Xmas lights & stuff around Jersey City and New York City. My wife Kristen and I went to Rockefeller Center, 34th Street, Central Park, 5th Ave, and loads of other places. We put up with the crowds of NYC so you don’t have to! Watch my videos below…

Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward’s indie folk band She & Him will be releasing a new album, this time it will be a Christmas album called A Very She & Him Christmas. The album will be released in October, that seems a little early to release it. But then again I still listen to songs from Carbon Leaf’s Christmas Child album from last year all year round so I guess it’s okay.

We’re in the middle of the holiday season and what better way to celebrate with an overload and abundance of Jingle Bells and Santa songs! Yippee! Most of these tracks are ones I like, some aren’t but felt the need to list them anyway. I tried to find some Hanukkah songs but only managed to find a couple. I did brief blurbs for the first 30 tracks, then just listed the rest because what can you say about the same songs over and over again? If I missed a song, post it in the comments!

Elf is probably the newest Christmas classic that has come out since National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. It’s one of the first movies I watch every Holiday season. Will Ferrell is hilarious, Zooey is freakin’ adorable and just everything about the Jon Favreau directed comedy is perfect. Enjoy this scene where Buddy The Elf confronts the store Santa. “You smell like beef and cheese.” The clip is down below!

It’s debatable but Christmas Vacation could very well be the best Christmas movie to have come out in the last 30 years or so. It’s one of the very first things I watch during the Holiday season. There are so many things I could relate to with Christmas Vacation like the millions of lights on a house, a Dad falling off the roof, chaotic family outings…the list goes on and on. Movieclips.com is a brand new video site, and features several clips from the movie. Check out my favorites below:

With the holidays fast approaching, I thought it would be a good idea to include some fun Holiday sitcoms that have aired recently and in the past that are currently featured on Hulu. There is not as many episodes as I thought there would be, but I’ve done my best to include some very funny shows. Check it out after the jump.
