Street Dogs recorded a cover of Menace’s politically charged song “GOP” from 1978. The lyrics are still appropriate today and sure to get people’s panties in a bunch. One could argue this could be relatable to any political party. There’s some campaigning to get the Street Dogs on the Daily Show as well.

We recorded this song earlier this spring, and our friends at PIRATES PRESS RECORDS made us 20,000 FLEXI-POSTCARDS to help get it out to the masses! …Well maybe not the masses, but a select crop of people we feel needed to hear this song. Namely, people who have been attending GOP rallies and other important political events leading up to the election.

The Pirates are also releasing this as a normal 7″ single to have in stores and for us to have at our gigs, but this is our way of dropping this song HARD, and in the faces of those who stand against progress!
