New Jersey native Erin Moran (aka Eddy) is about to embark on her first U.S. tour with Keren Ann. Beginning February 24th and continuing through March 12th, A Girl Called Eddy will cross the country, including performances in Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, and New York, Eddy’s inaugural U.S. tour follows a highly successful European run with Beautiful South, and the release of her critically acclaimed self-titled Anti- debut. Produced by Richard Hawley of Pulp, A Girl Called Eddy’s record is a spectacular combination of romance, elegance, sophistication and shimmering melodies. Venus describes her album as: “A disc for sharing during intimate suppers with friends and for romantic rainy evenings spent inside.”

New York Times raves: “11 slow reveries about being glad to be unhappy, with a big elegant sound and a songwriting aesthetic somewhere between Carole King and Portishead.”

San Diego Union Tribune describes Eddy’s album: “As impeccably crafted as it is emotionally nuanced, A Girl Called Eddy’s eponymous album is a worthy contender for debut-disc-of-the-year honors.”
