Uk band Boston Manor have signed with indie label Pure Noise Records for a worldwide deal. The Blackpool band’s first release with Pure Noise will be a new EP called Saudade, which is set for release on 20th November.

As vocalist Henry Cox says: “We’re really excited to be working with Pure Noise. They’re really supportive of us and have a roster and an integrity that we’ve long since admired. They’re a perfect home for our band.”

Pure Noise owner Jake Round explains: “When I first heard Boston Manor’s ‘Saudade’ EP I immediately wanted to work with them. The band walks the line between emo, indie and punk rock and offers something for a lot of different listeners. I think they’re a great fit for Pure Noise and I’m very excited about their future here.”

Explaining the sentiment behind the EP, Henry muses “Saudade is a profound melancholy and longing for something or someone. Sometimes for something that you’ve never experienced or possessed. It carries the knowledge that person or thing for which you are longing may never return.”

The band will also be touring throughout October and November including a tour with Forever Came Calling and a slot on the new Community London Festival.

Building a name for themselves with their modern day emotive punk anthems, Boston Manor have toured with the likes of Moose Blood and As It Is and are set to become one of the stand-out gems in the UK’s burgeoning rock scene.
