Bruce Springsteen & The Legendary E Street Band have added 25 new US concert dates to their 2009 ‘Workin’ On a Dream’ tour. Springsteen has now sold over 1.5 million concert tickets in 2009 alone, with the new dates expected to push that number over the two million mark.

On June 27, Springsteen played to 135,000 fans his largest audience in over 20 years as the Glastonbury Festival’s headliner. Footage of live songs is posted at http://brucespringsteen.net, including a performance of “The River” taken from Glastonbury. In a recent cover story, Q Magazine called a Springsteen concert “the greatest show on earth.” ‘Working on a Dream’ (Columbia Records) debuted at #1 in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and New Zealand and received exemplary reviews in Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, People, and elsewhere.
