Kaddisfly (Hopeless Records) has posted an update on their MySpace page about the recording process of their new album, Set Sail The Prairie:

“Here is the timeline. We are going to begin the recording process for “Set Sail the Prairie” on March 3rd. Kris Crummett (Fear Before the March of Flames, Anatomy of a Ghost) is going to be engineering/ producing the album, and we will be recording in Oregon exclusively. Enoch Jenson will be in tow as well for some additional production. We’ll be tracking drums at a studio in the woods called Supernatural Studio, guitars in a house on the coast, and vocals in Portland – but this is all flexible. We’re just going to take inspiration from all these places and see what comes out. The album will be done by the beginning of May, at which point we’ll be heading back out on the road. We’ll give you more details on the tour situation soon. There are going to be a lot of angles to this record, and we are going to be keeping you updated in a variety of ways. More to come on that very soon. Until then….be good.”
