Sorry Folks, No Image Is Here.

Rise Against sets out on a tour of North America beginning April 5th in Las Vegas, NV. The tour, featuring special guests Bad Religion and Four Year Strong, will hit major markets across the United States throughout the spring, including two nights at New York City’s Terminal 5 in early May. For a full list of tour dates, see below.

Joining the lineup for a special performance at the Long Beach show on April 7th will be California punk-band The Descendents. The April 7th show will be The Descendents’ first Los Angeles area show in 14 years.

“It was only about six years ago we were celebrating our good fortune at being picked to open for the legendary Bad Religion,” says lead singer Tim McIlrath. “I would’ve claimed you were lying if you said we’d be taking them out in the future; we’re pretty stoked.”

The tour will follow the release of Rise Against’s sixth studio album, Endgame, which is due out March 15, 2011 via DGC/Interscope. The first single, “Help Is On The Way,” was released on January 25th. The song, which is currently #5 on the modern rock radio chart, explores the devastation that fell upon New Orleans after Katrina and last year’s tragic BP oil disaster. “Help Is On The Way” will also be featured in the upcoming EA video game Shift 2: Unleashed. The song is available at digital retailers, including iTunes.

Tickets for the April 7th show in Long Beach will go on sale on February 19.

Tickets for all other tour dates will go on sale on February 12th.
