Chicago, IL (Wednesday, September 3, 2008) — Mike Hudson, Pagans front man, will read from his recently released biography, Diary of A Punk. The reading will be followed by a moderated discussion of Hudson’s career with the Pagans, and as a journalist, followed by an audience Q & A session.

-From Songwriters to Soundmen: The People Behind the Hits- gives Rock Hall audiences an inside look at aspects of the music business that are often concealed from view. The series is held on the third Wednesday of every month. Past participants include:

The Pagans formed in Cleveland, Ohio in 1977. The band released eleven
albums, eight singles, and appeared on ten compilations. The Blue Album (Smog Veil) is the band’s first release since 2001, when The Pink Album Plus made Rolling Stone’s Alternative Chart. During their career the band performed with acts such as the Dead Boys, Ramones, Pere Ubu, Devo, Patti Smith, Buzzcocks, B-52s, Police, Soul Asylum, Lemonheads and others. A number of Pagans-related items are part of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum-s permanent collection.
