Electronic/metal buzz band, Sky Eats Airplane, have announced a full US 4-week trek with In Fear And Faith (Rise Records), Eyes Set To Kill (Koch Records), and The Word Alive (Fearless Records). The tour will kick off May 21st in Dallas, TX near the band’s hometown, and wrap up June 21st in Albuquerque, NM. The band is currently in the middle of a massive 7-week tour with The Devil Wears Prada and A Day To Remember.

Since signing to Equal Vision Records in March 2008, Sky Eats Airplane have been on tour non-stop supporting scene-heavy hitters such as Alesana, A Skylit Drive, August Burns Red, Senses Fail, and The Devil Wears Prada, including a 3-week run on the 2008 Vans Warped Tour. The upcoming run will mark the first headline tour for the quintet — vocalist Jerry Roush, guitarists Lee Duck and Zack Ordway, bassist Johno Erickson, newest member and drummer Travis Orbin. “We’re nervous but excited more than anything,” says Duck. “We always have these grand ideas to make our shows more of an experience for fans and having that ‘headliner’ status will give us the freedom to make that happen.”
