Al Madrigal (from The Daily Show) had his first one hour stand-up on Comedy Central and if you’re a fan of his, you’ll definitely want to watch/listen to this!

While his stuff on the The Daily Show is political, Al mainly talks about his kids and where he lives. The track where he talks about trying to have 20 minutes of peace & quiet to go to the bathroom is hysterical. I’m not a father yet but I tend to hear that this happens a lot with my friends who have kids. The bits on what his kids are watching on TV was great as well. Other things Al talks about includes Cholo Soccer Dad, inheritance, breastfeeding, and naming wireless networks funny names.

Al Madrigal isn’t the type of comedian where I’m laughing out loud for every joke. He’s a comedian where I’m compelled enough to listen and watch what he’s saying the entire time, with a smile on my face.
