Scream don’t sing. That must be the phrase I have used the most in my CD reviews. Alesana have a whiny Coheed and Cambria sound, except this band offers nothing new to the genre. Screech, scream, sing like a wimp. That’s how most screamo bands sound to me and it’s not pleasant on the ears. I found nothing special about this album. The band minus the singing is okay but I couldn’t tolerate the rest. Wake me up when this fad is over.

Bottom Line: I’d rather have my testicles run over by a truck than listen to this again.
