Avskum is a political punk/hardcore band from Sweden. They started out in the early 80s and most of the original lineup is still with the band. I actually never heard of Avskum before so this stuff is new to me. Their last album was from 2003 and it was called Punkista!
Avskums music is basically inaudible since most of the lyrics are in Swedish, and they are noisy as hell. Even when they sing in English, I cant hear shit! They play a loud, thrash hardcore style that is similar to the Exploited, except louder and noisier. Fans of The Exploited and The Casualties will really like this band, if you dont already like them. I felt this album was way too loud and hard to understand.
