Break The Silence consists of members of broken up bands like 88 Fingers Louie/Rise Against, SKG, All Else Fails and other Chicago based punk/HC bands. This band has a screeching singing sound that has worked with bands like Thrice, Thursday and all those other bands that sound alike. Break The Silence actually sounds pretty cool though, and I don’t mind the the screaming/singing style. Usually I prefer bands to stick with one singing style but I like BTS’s music. Some songs sound chaotic though, but the band has only been together for only 2 years now. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this Cd but I thought it was pretty rockin’. Look into getting this.
