Pop modeled almost identically after Morrissey, only not cool and terribly lackluster.

Maybe it’s better than I think it is, but I like music that shakes my ass, or is at least distinctive or interesting. With its Charmin-soft pop music, lack of heart and catchiness, lame-o ahhhh-ahhhhhs in the background, and… damn, are those string arrangements?… anyway, this might as well be adult contemporary music and not indie-pop.

I mean, hey, pleasant-sounding stuff, but so is.. I dunno.. frickin’ Sting.
