My first ever ska show, I had the pleasure of seeing Chris Murray in between sets of the bands I was seeing, and thought, what the hell is this? But later on, I grew to appreciate the raw and talented Murray with his 4 track songs. This is a rerelease of his first album on Moon Records and there is 9 tracks of acoustic ska goodness. Is that a word? Anyway, There’s a music video of “Rocksteady” for your CDROM and it’s just a video of Chris playing the song in his apt. with his cat walking around in the background. This Cd was Out of Print for 4 years but now it’s back, so go out and buy it rudies!
