On one hand, I’m impressed that they’re only 16 years old. They can play their instruments, the production is polished, and the singer sounds far older than his years.

On the other hand, they sound like the love child of Creed and Candlebox.

It’s tough. I’d like them to rock out more, but if they embraced today’s punk they could be just another redonk emo-pop band. Perhaps it’s good that they’re a 90s college rock band (2-3 years before they enter college). These types of bands at least know their classic rock roots and can riff pretty well.

These kids are talented and I hope they take their music into interesting directions. But as it stands, there’s no reason why I’d listen to this again.
